One very special milestone was when we were able to give her a name and a blessing. This was a very special moment for me as a father because it was an opportunity for me to exercise the priesthood and seek heavenly input as to what things lie forth for the future of our daughter. We blessed her in our old ward and spent that day with many family and friends. She looked very cute in her little blessing dress and it truly was a special day for her. 
Another milestone was her 2 month doctors appointment where we found out that she is growing well. She now weigh 10 lbs and 4 oz and is 23 inches long. She did very well meeting her new doctor and she was perfectly content until the doctor started poking and prodding and checking everything out. She even showed great bravery as she received her shots.
Shortly after her doctors appointments she got a new baby gym which brings us great joy as we watch her play. I think that watching a child play brings the child in us out and helps us to remember what things in life are the most important.

She is beautiful. We didn't bless our baby in a white dress... now I kinda regret it. I'm glad she is doing so well!!!
